After expansion to Germany and Great Britain, it was time to solidify our homebase in the Netherlands with two transactions specialized in fleet management and trip logging. Increase in platform users
The acquisition of EuropeTrack and SlimmGPS adds more than 20,000 connected units, thereby accelerating the ambition of Moving Intelligence to become Europe's market leader in GPS-based SaaS solutions. It is the fourth and fifth deal of its kind after Moving Intelligence entered into a strategic partnership with Volpi Capital and Surmount Ventures in 2020.
