The hardware included in the MiRed and MiGreen subscriptions carries this quality mark. They comply with the tax authority’s requirements and meet the strictest standards for privacy and fraud prevention.
If you use a trip logging system with the quality mark, we assume your trip records are complete. However, we may still conduct an audit to verify whether a trip was for business or private purposes.

For just €7 per month, you get a complete trip administration that allows you to demonstrate which trips are private and business-related. You will have access to the online platform and the MiApp, and you can download your trips in PDF, Excel, and Audit formats. Thanks to the Keurmerk RRS quality mark, your system complies with the tax authorities’ requirements.

Who drove the trip?
Optional: driver identification
When multiple drivers use your vehicles, you’ll want to know who is driving at what time. For trip registration, it is legally required to record which driver made which trip. This is where driver identification comes in, for your records and to ensure your trip registration is compliant with the tax authorities. You can use an iButton drop or an RFID card for this. Driver identification with the MiReader is optional for MiRed and MiGreen.
