Removing the block

Removing the block can also be done remotely, through the platform or app. However, if there is no GSM connection, such as in an underground parking garage or remote area, the system cannot connect to the platform. In such cases, you can use the card, emergency key, or active tag to remove the block on-site.

Please note: If there is no connection with the system in your car, we cannot lift the block remotely.

If you have lost a card, active tag, or key, please contact your dealer promptly for a replacement.

What to do in case of emergency?

Call the emergency center: +31 20 569 31 11 (available 24/7). Please have your personal password ready for verification.

To or through Switzerland?

In Switzerland, the 2G network has been shut down. This may mean that the modem in some Moving Intelligence systems cannot connect to the online platform. Are you traveling to Switzerland or passing through Switzerland? If so, please bring along your card, key, and/or tag.
