How does the Immobiliser work?

In the MiApp it is possible to download the user manual of your Moving Intelligence immobiliser. This is a security product which means that we do not make too much information freely accessible in public.  

Step 1: In the MiApp, choose the SUPPORT menu option

What is the difference between a track and trace system and an after theft retrieval system?

With a track and trace system you can follow your car live 24/7. The car is equipped with an additional immobiliser and you can receive incoming and outgoing area notifications when the car starts moving.

An after theft retrieval system displays its location once a day. In the event of theft, this frequency will be increased, and the transmitter can be tracked down to the nearest metre. 

What kind of vehicle security requirements does the insurer set?
